Mentoring Schemes – Mentoring is the process by which one person assists another to grow and learn in a safe and sympathetic environment. The word 'mentor' signifies a 'trusted adviser', 'teacher' and 'critical friend’. Cresco works with clients in both establishing and sustaining successful mentoring schemes.

Staff Surveys – 360 appraisals, employee engagement, staff wellbeing. Cresco works with clients using a variety of tools to achieve analysis of current state and action plans for future working.
